Background
David joined Baird in 2014 and has been advising individuals, families, and businesses for 26 years. David graduated Magna Cum Laude from Methodist University and began his career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in 1997. He worked with Citi Institutional Consulting and Morgan Stanley's institutional investment division, Graystone Consulting, before joining Baird.
Qualifications
He became a CFA® Charterholder in 2002 and is a member of the Washington D.C. Society of Security Analysts and the CFA® Institute. Additionally, as a testament to his dedication and focus on advising 401(k), 403(b), Pension, Profit Sharing and other business retirement plans David is a Qualified Plan Fiduciary Consultant (QPFC) and a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors.
Personal
David is a life-long resident of Maryland’s eastern shore and lives in Centreville with his wife, Marianne and two sons, Ben and Patrick. He serves on the University of Maryland Shore Regional Health Finance Committee and coaches the Saints Peter & Paul middle school golf team. In his free time, he can usually be found fishing with his sons on the Chesapeake Bay, waterfowl hunting or playing golf.
